Frequently asked questions
How early should we enquire?+
For larger events, we recommend getting in touch four to eight weeks ahead. Smaller balloon installations may be possible at shorter notice, depending on availability.
Do you work across Germany?+
Yes. We design and deliver events throughout Germany. Travel, transport and any accommodation costs are always listed transparently in your proposal.
Can we choose our own colours and style?+
Absolutely. Every design is tailored to your occasion, venue and preferences. A moodboard helps us align on the creative direction early on.
Do you handle set-up and breakdown?+
Yes. For full-service projects we cover delivery, installation, styling and the agreed breakdown – so you can simply enjoy the celebration.
